This building was designed to house an entire business; from the factory floor to the board room, from the sales office to the shipping and receiving department, it is all packed inside. The n-shape comes from the way the building spans across a road section, whereby the supply and delivery trucks can pull right up to the shipping and receiving department on the lower level. The building can be positioned over-top of a normal road, or can be the entrance to a court-yard style area (with private parking for the employees).
